Of the 2,100 children who disappear in the United States every day, half or more than half are taken by one of their parents, and half of that number is a parental kidnaping victim: That is, the abducting parent intends to keep the child in his or her physical custody, regardless of the rights of the other parent to custody or visitation (parenting time).Bob Jaehnig working for kids.

Parents whose rights are violated by these acts need to act quickly to seek redress. But in so doing, they need to remember that the very safety of their children is at stake, and that many agents or operatives who claim to be able to recover the child or children are simply "reverse kidnappers," who act covertly, exposing both the children and themselves to danger, and who charge fees which reflect this level of hazard.

Responsible parents put the safety and welfare of their children first. This means working through the  Courts and the legal system. But when children are abducted across state lines, the complications can be horrendous.

Among other things, it almost certainly means that an attorney will have to be engaged in the state to which the children have been taken. And that attorney will be—who knows how good, how reliable, how effective, and how knowledgeable in cases of this character?

No wonder the "street snatcher" prospers. But there is now an alternative for parents whose children disappear illegally into the care of the other parent, an alternative which is:

• Safe for the child(ren)
• Fast-moving
• Economical

Robert D. Jaehnig (pronounced YAY-nig) is an attorney with 26 years of experience in domestic relations enforcement. Recently retired as the domestic relations enforcement officer for a Michigan circuit court, he now practices exclusively in the area of interstate parental kidnaping recoveries.

The system which he has developed features safeguards for the children involved, the most direct and expeditious interstate recovery approach, and all of this at minimal cost.

If your child or children has/have been abducted by the other parent, in violation or your right to either custody or visitation (parenting time), you should contact Bob Jaehnig at (616)-846-4965. An initial consultation is free.
